Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KritzCrib. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout South Africa.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within:

8–11 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Courier Partner

All orders are shipped using Aramex Door-to-Door courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.


Shipping Delays

Although we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Operational delays experienced by the courier
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

KritzCrib is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services where we have dispatched your order within our stated processing time. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

KritzCrib cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Any additional courier charges incurred may be payable by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.


Delivery Acceptance

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

If someone at the delivery address accepts the parcel on your behalf, the delivery will be considered completed.
